Thats so true guys…for example: all the students in my school do have facebook and do i . but…after i came across this page and i began to think- WE ARE STUDENTS AND WE MEET EVERYDAY IN SCHOOL , SO WHY DO WE NEED FACEBOOK TO CONNECT WITH BUT WE ARE CONNECTING IN REAL LIFE EVERYDAY !!! So, why do people post their pictures in facebook??? Don’t they know that there are strangers out there who can kidnap them !!! Peoples nowadays are not being personal anymore…some of them even wrote their addresses and phone numbers, are they INSANE ??? I try to advice my friends but they thought i am out of my mind…they are thinking that facebook and their profile are so PERSONAL but its not ! I’ve sign out from FACEBOOK and now im concentrating on my studies and as a results…I have been awarded as one of the TOP STUDENTS in my school. When im bored…i do online but not Facebook but i play games such as cooking games and puzzles, then i read books and play board games with my cousins. By the way…it not a need for us to have FACEBOOK for us to LIVE !!! I’ve having a peaceful and enjoyable life wif my family and friends without faceboook. Im only 13 and I understand the dangers in FACEBOOK but why FACEBOOKERS can’t ??? Im scared if they can’t feel the beautifull life without Facebook. Thank You !!! :)

I agree with Marcia….the whole thing of staying in other people’s business. I am now staying in my own. I do not care for all the comments people make ie. I am going for ice cream, hitting the gym, going to the freakin toilet….come on…who cares. So I tried it and now I know that it is just a BIG waste of time….so yes, I am getting my life back too. I decided last Sunday, August 30th to stop going on facebook. I feel I have been focusing too much on other people’s business and not staying in my own. Since I have been off it, for 6 days now, I have planned a trip to Africa to do some volunteer work, created some beautiful beaded necklaces, and finding more interest of my own. I find that facebook and any dating site has caused me too much anxiety and not creating my own life. In the past I have been looking at my boyfriend’s photos and comments everyone says, which has given me some anxiety that have been driving me crazy. I figure if he wants to show me his photos of his trips he can show me in person, like it has been done in the past….being in the presence of the person. So I do agree, that going off of facebook has given me back my life.

People are never going to know how the hell to interact with each other….facebook is a waste of brain cells. Go out, get with people and live a freakin life!
