Black Eye Peed - Fergi gets retarded

Hmm, very reluctant to write about this but I guess I should. The following is fairly disgusting and rather shocking, in fact i'd rather not have known this - sensitive viewers may find the following disturbing (I apologise in advance for this post, I hope not to offend my usual pre-school patrons): San Diego, one of my favourite cities in the world. Jazz clubs, the World X-games hacky-sack champions, great beaches, and the border to Tijuana are all found in this ...

Smallest MP3 Player Ever

The mobiBLU Cube is only a square 1 inch in size and features a hot blue LED display that gives you track names, battery status, the works! Its a 512mb mp3 player that'll give you around 10 hours of music and from the looks of it, is available only at Walmart. It seems in the world of tech and gadgets, size does matter and the smaller the better. But can it ...

Angelina Jolie Picture

Philip reckons that this picture is drawn by some guy and it took him 2 days to do it. Now call me cynical but that just seems to me to be a normal photo with some photoshop effects slapped on.. What do you reckon?

CD - Sophie Zelmani

My housemate passed on a cd to me last night with cherade-like "sounds-like" warnings of Norah Jones and the like. Surprisingly its really nice. I remarked that its somewhat reminescent of '3am roadtrip' kind of music. So if you're looking for something to get you amped for a skate session, this isn't the cd for you. If however, you're looking to score some points for the lady, or you're wanting to put a cd on for the evening and not worry about ...

Chimera Update

So for my newer readers who perhaps missed out on the earlier announcements of the Captain Chimera stories, here's the updates... What is the Captain Chimera Story? Captain Chimera is the brainchild of Philip vRensburg, Dbn, SA. Its basically a continuing story contributed to by a number of various people who're keen to demonstrate their (or lack of) creative story-writing abilities. Its the job of each new writer to, as seemlessly as possible, integrate his saga with that of the previous writers... U ...

Tyson the Skateboarding Dog

This is just brilliant. Not only does this bull dog manage to skate across parking lots on a skateboard, he turns into the corners and knows when to jump off and everything. He clearly loves it too. Brilliant. View it

London - In the wake of…

So Princess Di was dead for like a matter of days before the jokes started pouring in, thick and fast... Well its been a few weeks and there's a good collection of 'London Bombing' related jokes and pictures doing their rounds. I got a bunch of them via email this morning and I thought I'd post a few of them up....
