How cool is this!! Bored engineers in Dubai have decided to build 250 islands 4 kilometers off the coast of Dubai, all assembled to look like the world… Confusing? Look below:
Nakheel Corporation last month unveiled the concept plans to construct another offshore island development just off the coast of Dubai. The development is called The World and will consist of a series of 250 islands (stretching 9 kilometres in length and 6 kilometres in width), positioned strategically to form the shape of the world map. The 250 islands will vary in size and will be themed to show some similarities to the specific country they are representing.
No doubt rich mofo’s with too much money are gonna be flocking to buy their own ‘country’. *shudder*…having visions of island Britney..

Toit. Arabs have too much money and time. A small price to pay for a place so insecure that there assasin ninja walk around the streets in plain sight all day. Hell we even see them here sometimes, driving cars around like they were normal people and stuff. But I do like The World. ‘Sept I would have left Australia out and “made the world a better place.” Mooi. They might have some trouble keeping greenland on ice though.
