Mark & Nicole

So I’m getting engaged married, and I thought it prudent to get a website up for my fiance and I to voice our thoughts on the process of getting married marriage - the engagement, the wedding, the planning, and parties… etc.

I struggled a bit on getting a footer that ended the site nicely and did it justice and in the end, I settled for a minamalistic footer that incorporated the swirles from the top of the page.

XHTML
CSS
Wordpress
Initial Design in Photoshop
Swirle …

Business Link Magazine

Business Link approached us with some ideas for their new website and were quite specific in their website requirements. The company colors had to be used strongly in the site and the navigation needed to be bold and clearly defined. Because of their extensive navigation and the limited space available, we made use of a simple Javascript drop down menu which allows them ample room for expansion. The site also makes extensive use of a Flash page flipper where …

Franchise Ultra Lounge

A cozy lounge for brandEXPANSION’s franchise associates to meet, the Franchise Ultra Lounge is a warmly designed site that features some awesome functionality. The design needed to be modern and chic, whilst being warm and inviting. The colors chosen were loosely based off the CGI Lounge Picture.

The site is still largely ‘in-progress’, however here’s what the final product has/will have:

Photoshop Design
XHTML/CSS code base
CMS/Blogging software by Wordpress
Forums by vBulletin
Bespoke designed CRM & lead management application
AJAX Chat application

SANBI

SANBI wanted their new website to be very professional to appeal to their target market of researchers, educators and scientists etc. We achieved this by means of a simple, elegant and crisp design that they immediately accepted. La Renaissance Guest House

La Renaissance was actually one of my first web design projects and as such was built without the use of a CMS. The design echo’s the clients wish for a sleek, almost mysterious effect for his chiq guest house accommodation in Durban. The site is fast loading with a basic structure and makes optimal use of a CSS stylesheet to ensure a smooth ‘feel’.

Photoshop
Dreamweaver
XHTML
