Finally, the PS3
Prepare yourself for a mass sale of PS2’s, as flocks of geeks and gamers alike rush off to purchase the all new Playstation 3. First reports are quite flattering.
The PS3 is boasting a rounded and more ’spacy’ look and it’ll take up pretty much the same amount of space in your TV cabinet. Die hard Playstation fans will no doubt be overjoyed to know that your archive of old PS1 and your current PS2 games will not become redundant as the Playstation 3 features the ability to play them all! Plus, the added bluetooth feature means that you’ll be able to have up to 7 wireless controllers.
It’s going to be released in 3 colors: Silver as shown, as well as black and white. Dang…the white one sounds impressive! Not so sure about the controls though… Can’t quite put my finger on exactly whats wrong, but it seems a bit too..I dunno…
The Playstation 3 also has the new Blu-ray technology meaning that it reads DVD’s capable storing up to 50GB’s of data. Just think of the potential resolution game designers will be able to programme at! Already the PS3 uses 1920 x 1080! Impressive.
Regarding the processor, its said that the PS3’s superfast processor won’t be used to full capacity with the current games available for PS3 but rest assured, game designers are working on maxing out that PS3 processor in the near future.

It looks very nice in silver, I must say, but the control looks like something from out of space.
I will be scared to pick it up cause it looks like it can have some type of goo on it. I think it’s wonderful that it can play PS 1, 2 and 3 games. So it is good to know that the old games wont have to go to the dustbin now. I better go scratch mine out!
Hope you guys enjoy the new look, I know I am when I can eventually afford to buy one.
