I had to share. I’ve just downloaded acquired the new Jason Mraz album called “A-Z” and I’m just as impressed as when I heard his first offering to the music world.
The guy with too many consonants in his surname is back with more funky tunes and his unmistakable style. “Geek in the pink” is so far one of my favorites. Don’t read too much into that one. Its just a song name people. “Life is wonderful” and “Mr Curiosity” are brilliant examples of his unique style.
Its a kinda rock meets folk with unusual-yet-well-put-together-lyrics and legendary harmonies.

Hard to say.. He’s so unique its hard to relate him to someone else.
He doesn’t try to be anyone..he does his own unique thing and it really works for him. If I have to compare, I’d say a bit of John Mayer/Maroon 5/maybe a bit of Dave Matthews…
