NASA Sued for $300m
You might wanna sit yourselves down for this one. An astronomer has sued NASA because of their recent ‘Deep Impact’ space mission. Why you ask? Because apparently, it stuffed up her horoscope.
You’ve got to be kidding.
She’s suing for $300m for “moral sufferings” (which incidentally, is almost as much as the mission cost). Again I say, you’ve got to be kidding. Marina Bai reckons that the probe that blew the crap out of the comet Temple 1, “ruins the natural balance of forces in the universe” and thus threw out her horoscope causing her much “moral sufferings”.
Whats equally shocking is that she has representation for this case. It was the lawyer that suggested the whole “moral suffering” nonsense. Talk about jumping on the bandwagon.
