yeah… pretty straight forward this one. get off ur ass & stop wallowing in self-pity! but sometimes it can get pretty hard – i’ve seen ppl go thru some heavy stuff and its not easy to just let go & walk away… hopefully in right direction. but ultimately it’s our only choice.

If I take this at face value, it sounds like your urging someone/yourself not to wallow in self pity and negative emotion. Like they must dust themselves off, get up and sieze the day! Well that’s what it sounds like to me. I have a similar poem. About time….will post it now…
